1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the boss99 Website, creating an Account, making a Deposit, or using any of Our Services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies. If You do not agree with any provision of these Terms, You must not use boss99 services and should close Your Account immediately.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Any Player found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and may be permanently banned from future use of boss99 services.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. If You are subject to any legal disability or restriction that prevents You from entering contracts, You may not use boss99 services.
3. Residency: boss99 services are intended for residents of Indonesia. By creating an Account, You confirm that You are physically located in Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited.
4. Single Account: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account with boss99. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual are prohibited. If We detect duplicate Accounts, all associated Accounts will be closed, Bonuses voided, and Withdrawals may be refused. Only the original Account will be permitted to remain active at Our sole discretion.
5. Prohibited Jurisdictions: Certain countries and regions are restricted from using boss99 services due to regulatory or licensing constraints. If You are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or Our services are not licensed to operate, You must not register an Account or use Our services.
6. Financial Capacity: You must only wager funds that You can afford to lose. Gambling should be considered entertainment, not a source of income. You confirm that all funds deposited into Your boss99 Account are obtained legally and do not originate from criminal activity.

boss99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time to confirm Your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in Account suspension and Withdrawal restrictions.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, You must provide accurate, complete, and current information including Your full legal name (as it appears on Your KTP), date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and create a secure password. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC - Know Your Customer)

boss99 is required by international anti-money laundering regulations and Our licensing authority to verify the identity of all Players. You may be required to submit the following documents before processing Withdrawals:

• Government-issued photo ID (KTP - Indonesian National Identity Card, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing Your name and account details)
• Selfie photograph holding Your ID document (for enhanced verification)

All verification documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the document. boss99 typically completes verification within 24-48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Your Account will remain functional during the verification process, but Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account username and password. You must not share Your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through Your Account will be deemed to be authorized by You, and You accept full responsibility for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using Your credentials.

If You suspect unauthorized access to Your Account or believe Your password has been compromised, You must notify boss99 customer support immediately. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security.

4.4 Account Suspension & Closure

boss99 reserves the right to suspend or close Your Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Use of automated betting software or bots
• Abusive behavior toward customer support staff or other Players
• Multiple Account creation or bonus abuse
• Failure to complete identity verification within requested timeframes
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against boss99

If Your Account is closed due to violation of these Terms, any remaining Account balance may be forfeited at Our sole discretion. If Your Account is closed for other reasons, Your remaining balance (excluding any Bonus funds) will be returned to You via Your original payment method after deducting any applicable fees.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

boss99 accepts Deposits via the following methods for Indonesian Players: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum Deposit: Rp 50,000 for bank transfers; Rp 20,000 for e-wallets. Maximum Deposit: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction for major banks; lower limits may apply for smaller banks and e-wallets. Deposits are typically credited to Your Account within 5-15 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Transfers made outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.

boss99 does not charge Deposit fees. However, Your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees, which are Your responsibility. You may only Deposit funds from a payment method registered in Your own name. Third-party Deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential Account closure.

5.2 Withdrawals

Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000. Maximum Withdrawal: No maximum limit, but Withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 in a single request may require additional verification for security purposes. boss99 aims to process all Withdrawal requests within 2 hours during business hours (08:00-20:00 WIB, 7 days a week). First-time Withdrawals require completed KYC verification, which may add 24-48 hours to processing time.

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in Your name and verified during the KYC process. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify account ownership before processing Withdrawals. boss99 does not charge Withdrawal fees, and You will receive the full requested amount. However, Your receiving bank may charge incoming transfer fees, which are beyond Our control.

All Withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering compliance. If We detect suspicious transaction patterns, We reserve the right to delay Withdrawals pending investigation. You must wager Your Deposit at least once (1x turnover) before Withdrawals are permitted. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and does not apply to Bonus funds, which have separate wagering requirements.

5.3 Currency & Exchange

All transactions on boss99 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). We do not accept Deposits or process Withdrawals in foreign currencies. If You attempt to Deposit from a foreign currency account, Your bank will convert the funds at their prevailing exchange rate, and You bear the cost of any conversion fees.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

boss99 offers various Bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the Website at the time of the offer. General Bonus terms include:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are typically available to verified Players who meet minimum age and residency requirements. Some Bonuses may be restricted to new Players only (first Deposit) or existing Players (reload/loyalty bonuses).
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called turnover or rollover requirements) that must be met before Bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonuses, potential Account closure, and blacklisting.

7. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

When placing bets or playing games on boss99, You agree to abide by the following rules:

• Fair Play: You must play fairly and honestly. Use of bots, automated betting software, collusion with other Players, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Bet Acceptance: boss99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at Our discretion. Bets are not considered valid until they are confirmed and appear in Your betting history. If a bet is placed after an event has started (late bet) or due to a technical error, boss99 reserves the right to void the bet and refund Your stake.
• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body, game provider, or Our designated result sources. boss99's settlement decisions are final. If an official result is changed after settlement (e.g., due to disqualification or rule violation), boss99 reserves the right to void or re-settle affected bets.
• Maximum Payouts: boss99 may impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types or events. Maximum payout limits will be clearly stated in the betting rules for each sport or game category. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum amount.
• Errors & Malfunctions: In the event of an obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed, system malfunction, human error), boss99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Obvious errors include odds that are significantly out of line with the market, negative odds, or bets accepted after the event has concluded.
• Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during game play (e.g., internet failure, server issue), Your game session will be saved and You can resume when You reconnect. For live casino games, if You disconnect during a hand/round, the hand will be completed according to the game's standard rules, and results will be credited to Your Account.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on boss99 and may result in immediate Account closure, fund forfeiture, and potential legal action:

1. Underage Gambling: Any attempt to register or use boss99 services by individuals under 21 years of age.
2. Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one Account to circumvent limits, claim multiple Bonuses, or engage in any form of advantage play.

4. Money Laundering: Using boss99 services to launder money obtained through illegal activity. All suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Collusion: Working with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, share information, or manipulate outcomes.
7. 8. Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with Your bank or payment provider after receiving services from boss99. Chargebacks are considered fraud and will result in permanent Account closure and potential legal action to recover the disputed amount plus legal fees.
9. Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing boss99 customer support staff or other Players through chat functions, email, or any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

boss99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe entertainment environment. We encourage all Players to gamble responsibly and within their means. Tools and resources available include:

• Self-Exclusion: You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from Your Account. Exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent. During the exclusion period, You will not be able to log in, Deposit, or play. Exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with boss99 services is to stop using the services and close Your Account. In no event shall Our total liability to You exceed the amount of funds in Your Account at the time the claim arose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless boss99 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of the rights of any third party

• Any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through Your Account

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, where boss99 holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from these Terms or Your use of boss99 services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Curacao arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against boss99. All disputes must be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

14. Severability
